Overheating/Crashing

Hello Froum!

I would like to ask for some help about my computer which has recently gone downhill on me, I bought the computer off of a website based in the United Kingdom - the website allowed me to choose my parts from a list given to me and had been pre-built by the company for myself.

The first few months everything was working fine, I could play high intensive video games with great FPS and low temperatures however I reformatted by computer one day and since then everything has gone downhill, I'm thinking I may have removed programs or features that the company installed to help the computer run properly however I'm not sure...

After the format I installed my operating system drivers and everything so my computer works and I can play video games however when my CPU I believe tries to run something intensive (video game or not) my computer will overheat and crash on me.

I've had to point a air conditioning fan at the vents of my CM STORM SCOUT cooler case in order to play video games without the computer crashing on me, I went into my bioss and tried to bump my fan speeds up however I've had no success in fixing these problems.

I would be happy to give any information needed on certain components, for now I'm not sure which information is needed.

Thanks!
