HP Probook 6550b overheating, tried everything i could think of

Hi,

I recently got a used HP Probook 6550b. The idle (0-10% cpu use) temperature right now is between 68-72°C and shuts down after less than 5 minutes when subjected to a stress test (105°C). I tried everything I could think of to solve the overheating. I tried:

- Opening up the laptop to clear it from any dust (heatsink, fans, intake)
- Changing the thermal paste (the temperature dropped from 75-80 to 68-72 when idle but did very little with 100% cpu load))

I even tried drilling a couple of holes to improve the air intake

Nothing seems to help. Can anybody help me?

I'm running Windows 8.1 on a Core i5 520m 2.4 ghz with an Intel integrated graphics card.

Thanks.
