Cool 'n' Quiet

Hi All,

I have an ASRock N68C-S UCC motherboard and I have turned off the Cool 'n' Quiet feature in the BIOS.

So why is it when I look at PCWizard it shows my 2600 processor running at 1300 for most of the time and it only flashes to 2600 very occasionally?
