I have a Ibuypower computer it has ASUS and HIS in it other than that I'm not sure and don't want to involve my husband since he will be very upset so here is the problem, my daughter was playing on Disney jr.com and I left the room to make dinner when I came back she had switched users somehow and couldn't access a video so when I came in I switched back to the user she was on and it was a black screen with a movable cursor so what I did was get task manager up and that came up but there wasn't anything on there to terminate then I try to adjust my screen brightness and contrast and that didn't fix it so then I went to boot screen and tried restart fix but it didn't work then I tried restore from previous date and it did it but I still have a black screen someone please help me
