Is this something I should start worrying about?

So, it doesn't happen all the time, but maybe once every few weeks, I've had this issue where I restart my PC and what happens is I can hear it loading up, the power light is on and everything, but it never takes me to my boot screen or into windows. Its like its doing something, but I can see it.

And then this morning I had this issue where I restarted and again it gave me the black screen. On the few occasions that it has done this I just reset it. Sometimes it loads up normally right away, other times I've had to reset it a few times. This morning though, when I tried to reset it, something new happened: the light on my PC turned on, but then powered down just as quick, like it wasn't getting enough power or something. And then it just kept trying to turn on but then power off until I turned it off at the back.

I opened up the case and pushed some of the cables to make sure they were in and turned it on again and it booted up fine.

The only hardware change I've made is that I'm using a USB extension cable that goes from the front of my PC to a USB to mini USB head that plugs into my Wacom tablet. I can't see how that's causing some problems with the power though.

Does this sound like a problem I should start worrying about? Other than this one issue that has only happened a few times over the course of a few months, the PC runs perfect and never gives me any issues.

PC specs are:
Antec 620W High Current Gamer Modular PSU
eVGA GTX580 1536MB SuperClocked 797Mhz PCIE
Intel Core i7 2600K Processor LGA1155 3.4GHz CPU
Corsair 16G (4x4GB) Vengeance CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 DDR3
Asus P8Z68-V PRO Socket 1155 Intel Z68 Chipset
Noctua NH-C12P SE14 CPU Cooler

I've also got two noctua fans and a generic case fan in there.

Thanks.
