Apparently I posted the wrong way or something, so here's the fix. I restarted my computer, reset the monitor, deleted and redownloaded the drivers for my processor, graphics card, and monitor, I tried changing the setting on the monitor to move it left, I've done everything I can think of.
I have an AMD processor and a radeon graphics card. My monitor is an Acer.

System Specs: AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core Processor, ASUS HD 7790 series Radeon graphics card, MSI 970A-G43 motherboard, running on windows 7 64-bit, Thermaltake Commander MS-I Epic Edition case, Acer Monitor, and a Western Digital Black 1 TB Hard Drive. I have 8 GB of RAM but I don't remember what it was called. Sorry, but that is all the information I have.
