Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 15 Stepping 11
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 6063 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) Q35 Express Chipset Family, 256 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 152524 MB, Free - 97139 MB; F: Total - 99 MB, Free - 69 MB; G: Total - 953766 MB, Free - 717447 MB;
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard, 0AA8h
Antivirus: ESET NOD32
After the backup is done I partition and format my new hdd, in my external usb. Is that correct?
Then I start the acronis softward ? And last, swap out the new hard drive for the old hard drive ?
Existing hdd is partioned into a 150 and a 100 as HP generally does. The 100 partion is the 'system reserve E drive', do I need to clone both C and E in separate partitions on my new drive ? Is there anything else I need to think about before I start?
