BIOS Caught in Booting Loop

Hi Guys,

I would very much appreciate your help to the following problem. Whoever can help me out here I would gladly help them out at another stage.

I currently work as an IT Technical Engineer and I have years of experience dealing with computer Hardware and Software including Servers/ Virtual Servers and IT solution roll outs within business's.

However all this experience is doing absolutely nothing for me in the current situation I am in, and it should be something very straight forward that I should be able to troubleshoot.

I am hoping I am simply overlooking something obvious. However Iv been wrecking my head for days trying to get this to work.

So here's the problem.

2 years ago I built the following PC:

Case: CM HAF-922
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55a-UD6
Memory: 4GB Corsairs Dominator DDR3 1600mhz (2 x 2GB)
Processor: Intel i5-750 2.4 GHz
PSU: Corsair TX950 (950 watt)
GPU: ATI Radeon 5850 (1GB GDDR5 RAM)
Dual Monitor Display (HDMI + DVI)

However, the other day I decided to upgrade my RAM and HDD

So I upgraded from a 1TB WD Caviar Black
to a
Samsung 840 250GB SSD (solid state drive)

and I removed my current RAM and put in
16GB Corsair Vengence DDR3 1600mhz (4 x 4GB)

Then my windows 8 installation kept freezing before the log on screen.
Then I updated my BIOS to the latest According to Gigabyte Support f12c

Now my BIOS is caught in a constant state of booting.
I cannot even access any of the BIOS controls even using a P2K Keyboard.

I do not know what the problem is.
I would be very grateful and appreciative form one IT professional to another if someone could please help out.

Iv spent €1700 altogether on this Rig and Its killing me that I cannot get it to work, even though that is what I do everyday for other people. (somewhat embarrassing I know).

King Regards
