This may be the wrong question for this forum but here goes. My Lenovo B500 (Win 7) has 4 usb ports that are non-functional. When I switch my mouse to one of those ports the mouse no longer works. In an effort to get them functional I have re-installed all the drivers I could find. Actually, I had a few out of date drivers. Anyway, it did not work and the usb's remain non-functional. The Lenovo forum people were unable to advise me on the next step. I was hoping someone here might be be familiar enough with that computer to know exactly what plug-in is the one I am looking for.
