Hello, I have just done a factory reset on my pc and I cannot get my earphones to work. Neither can I record from my mic. I have tried all options in my sounds and playback/recording, but none of them will get me any sound, record or playback. I had this problem when I last performed a reset and someone gave me a link to a site called MajorGeeks that allowed me to uninstall and reinstall the drivers and it worked, but I cannot find the link. I went to the site, but could find anything like what I wanted. If anyone knows how I can get the link, I would be so very grateful. Any help would be appreciated.
