Solved: HP Printer connection to Chrome

WinXP-IE 8-OE6-Chrome 5

I have an older HP printer (812C) which I have used on Windows XP for years now.My printing needs are not excessive! I use it with the IE 8 browser as my default browser. I am now using the Chrome browser more often but I do not have my printer connected to Chrome.

Is there a tuitorial available to do this. I assume I can use my existing printer to print on both IE and Chrome even though it is an older printer?
