I am completely computer "duh," although I'v had one since 1988. For some reason I lost the choice of print size when I go to print out something from my Deskjet 2050 J510 All-in-one printer. So, I thought maybe I needed to upgrade a driver. Went to the HP website and did. Still no choices of print size. All I get is the words "main menu in dark blue. The is no longer a drop down list of choices. Then I reinstalled my printer CD. Still no choices. Also, although I'll never use it I see that the icon for my scanner has disappeared when I bring up "devices and printers." When I updated the printer driver I had and still have an icon on my screen that says "shop and supplies." I could swear that it showed me the ink levels which is another thing that is gone. I would appreciate any help given me very much.
