Help Identifying unknown port behind PC

Hi guys,
I was looking to connect a second monitor to my PC, I have my current monitor connected via VGA and as I looked behind PC, I saw a port right next to the VGA that I can't recognize. I would like to know the name and the use of this port is and if I can actually use to to connect a second monitor, thanks in advance.
