My brother recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 3521 with Windows 7 & one of the USB 2.0 ports doesn't work. We've plugged into it all of our USB Drives & an IPod Touch & it doesn't respond to anything. Their are no errors in the Device Manager & scanning for hardware changes doesn't change anything. The Other USB 2.0 & the 2 USB 3.0 ports work just fine. Is their anything we can try before we call dell since it brand new so it has a warranty on it.
