The owner says that after several hours this computer "grays out" and then goes black and she hears a whooshing noise (fan?). I have been running Speccy for over eight hours and nothing yet. However, the CPU temperature is reading around 61 degrees Celsius. The manual (online) does not mention what the maximum temp should be. My question is whether or not the current temp is high? I'm thinking not.

I am letting it run for at least 24hrs. I will then disassemble the laptop and check the fan and possibly reapply new thermal compound. Any ideas?
