I'm getting a blank screen when I try to view a video like a news video or sports video from my browser? I'm using an Asus laptop running W7. I have Adobe Flash player 10 plug-in and Adobe Flash Player 13 active X. Not sure if one of these are the problem. I thought I did an update today on one of these but couldn't tell if it worked or even finished downloading. Should I uninstall either of these and if so where can I find a reputable flash player download? I've edited this post so I hope someone out there is still watching. Thanks. Charlie
