My first post with system information disappeared. Not sure why.

3.5 GB RAM (3 1GB Dell PC-2-6400 and 1 generic 512MB PC-2 4200

I've used a diagnostic PC analyzer card Model: postcard_32 and the read out is looks like DATA, but was 0000. According to the codes (found here: http://www.elstonsystems.com/dl/manual_postcard_32.pdf ) the bus controller could be faulty.
There are no beeps when the unit powers on.

I'm thinking a graphics card issue.
Owner was instructed to flash BIOS and when she did screen went blank and unit doesn't power on. I've tried booting from a flash drive after downloading BIOS firmware from Dell with no success.
I've removed and reinstalled each memory card separately and power on, but either all 4 are bad or all four work fine.
I will install a different graphics card to see if this works. Any ideas would be appreciated.
