Acer Aspire E1-431 Keyboard is not working at all (All key).

Hey guys, I'm new here, and I want to ask you how to fix it? (the title says it all), it's not even work in the BIOS menu (well i can't even enter it :v)
I'm using windows 7 64-bit, I am typing with my father's laptop. Sorry for my bad english, anyway Thanks.
(And because I'm new here, i don't know if this is in the right or wrong section XD )
