AMD a 10 thermal paste.

Hello guys, I am a noob so go easy.
I am making a pc and I bought an AMD A-10 7850. black edition.
It says on the box it contains a thermal paste solution for use in a desktop pc.

The only paste in it seems to be on the heat-sink connected to the fan unit and it seems quite thin.
Should I get extra and put it on the processor too. :confused:
