Need a little help with a custom rig

Ok so here's the sich,

about a year ago I constructed my own computer with the parts listed below,
It ran fine just a little GPU issue but after about a month the computer broke down right after I installed a new fan. at first I thought it was a Motherboard issue but after getting the motherbord back it still will not pass POST.

Any help would be appreciated...
