I need to know the difference between a backlit monitor and a non-backlit monitor in regards to personal computing use. I am looking for a new desktop computer system that will have either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 operating system - I am a Windows XP Pro user that is being abandoned, at the same time my old computer needs to be replaced.![]()
