Hello .... My ext. h/d (CNERON U2 CIBOX bought in France 8 years ago) fell off the table this morning and although the on / off switch doesn't light up there is still an intermittent whirring when plugged in and I listen closely. Have tried to access from the computer in the normal way but without success.
Do you think it is still possible to be repaired / retrieve the information (mostly photos)
Any suggestions as to what I might be able to do myself and / or what a local shop might charge (same rates as per UK) would be most appreciated.
