help! registry file errors

my imageware doc manager won't open

here is what i have :

windows xp pro /sp3
version 2002
intel pentium 4 cpu 2.00ghz
1.99ghz 512 mb ram

2006 canon color imagerunner c4080i
copier/scanner/fax

installed drivers for canon image runner:
pcl5c printer driver
ufrII printer driver
netspot device installer
network scangear
color network scangear

installed software for canon image runner
(this was installed and working,but now wont open)
imageWare Document Manager Personal
version 4.0

I uninstalled iw doc mgr. and deleted all files/folders related
re-started
ran c-cleaner for windows/apps
ran c-cleaner registry scan for issues (had 181 issues)
clicked "fix" problems
re-started
installed iw doc mgr. (from disc.)
re-started
tried to open iw doc.mgr. (still wont open)
ran c-cleaner registry scan

came up with these issues:
