I recently purchased a R9 280x after having issues with my last gpu. Originally I had a r9 270x but was having a flickering issue and also having lower performance than benchmarks I have seen with the same FX-8350 + R9 280x. I returned that card and purchased a r9 280x looking for better performance. Originally with the r9 270x in the system, I was getting a 3dmark firestrike score of x2966 and now I am only getting a score of x3614 with the r9 280x in the system. I have updated all of the drivers and checked to see that the 280x had the most recent bios and now I am not sure what should be my next step. Help will be greatly appreciated. :)
