Solved: Registration Key ???

I downloaded an app from c-net which tells how many of my drivers are out of date. According to this app I have 5 drivers out of date.
I'm trying to update these drivers but I do not know what my registration key is or even if I have one or even what it means. I suspect it's some company looking for money. This is what I see - see screenshot.
O.S. is Windows XP Home.
