Maxtor external drive doesn't show up on either laptop running Win7 or PC running XP. It connects to the computers from mini USB to 2 USB plugs. Mini usb out > usb plug > 2nd usb plug. I've tried using both plugs on each computer though only one was needed to run well before. Nothing makes the computer recognise that it's connected. Can anything be done to get it working? Thanks for any help you can give me.
