I'm building a PC for my school's Hardware and Software class. Due to the limited amount of time per week (2 hours tuesdays and thursdays) I have the class, I don't know that much about it's specs or setup, but I'll try to answer where I can.
The issue I currently have is that once I plug it in, everything goes normally, except the fan starts running full blast until it's unplugged. Pushing the power button does nothing. Any suggestions as to a solution? Is my power supply dead? Motherboard damaged?
