got a service call on a canon c5030 not wanting to work properly, not printing at all. the customer has to restart the printer a couple times for it to function as it should but the problem comes back. the only message it gives is to 'please contact your local authorized canon dealer' with no error codes. checked the logs and the lastest error codes is an E0020. researched the code and its a possible patch sensor dirty error. there's three patch sensors we cleaned removing the drums but problem still not resovled. any ideas on what this is??
