Hi something is wrong with my computers C drive were I had stored my software.
I was downloading avast antivirus from internet and something went wrong with my computer and when I switched it on the files were recovering and it took some time and then all the software was not of any use so I had to install new software. and then I noticed that any further downloads in C drive were not installed at all and the other user account is also not working, so I deleted it and created a new account even that is not working properly.
I have Windows 7 home basic, 32bit.
Can you please help me.
