Solved: New gaming build, second opinion on parts.

Hello guys I'm new here and this is my first post.

I heard of this great informative site so I wanted to get a second opinion on the build I'm planning on and the parts I am buying. I'm planning to build a pc for gaming and just regular web surfing and school stuff. This is also my first time building my own pc. I have watched many 2 hour long videos and I am confident enough to build my own. Ok so these are the parts I am looking at. If I could please have your opinions on the compatibility of all the parts and quality that would be great. I have a budget of about $2000.

-psu= corsair cx600 watt

-cpu= Intel core i5-4670k quadcore

-motherboard= asus z87 pro or asus z87 pro (v edition) what's the difference besides the price?

-case- nzxt phantom 410 mid tower

-graphic card= evga GeForce gtx770

-ssd= Samsung evo 750gb 2.5 or 1tb. Which do you guys recommend is better for gaming? Is 1tb necessary?

-ram= corsair vengeance (2x4gb)

-odd= asus 24x DVD drive oem

-os= windows 7 home premium 64 bit oem
