moving the 100mb boot partition in windows 7

I am running win-7 64bit with 2 hard drives which i got used and it works well. The operating system is on the "C" drive and the small 100mb boot partion is on the second hard drive.The computer will not boot without both drives plugged in. The reason that they are seperated is both hard drives were plugged in when the OS was loaded by the previous owner.
Anyway, I would like to move the 100 mb partition to the "C" drive but I don't know how.
Can someone instruct me on this?
