HP p6540y
I did a recovery back to out of box software. Now I get "E:\ is not a valid Win 32 application." When I try to use the DVD/CD drive. The recovery was done from the recovery partition. I have no good recovery disks. I would like this to be a software problem. So I could just install Windows with a regular Windows disk and get rid of all the stuff HP put on it. The device manager says it is working properly. What is wrong?
