I want to replace my motherboard for my 2011 Asus k53sv-xr1 laptop because the motherboard part connected to the power jack is about to break. I have found the same motherboard online here (http://www.aliexpress.com/store/prod...108075648.html) except my laptop only has a 1gb nvidia 540m where as the replacement has a 2gb nvidia 540m and the replacement has 1 USB 3.0 where as mine does not. It seems like all of the ports are in the same spot so it should fit, I just want to make sure that I can just boot my computer up without having to do anything else and have it work since it will be an identical board.
My current motherboard is the Asus k53sv Main Board Rev 2.3. The url provided mother board is also a k53sv board rec 2.3. The only differences were as described above.
