Need help locating replacement capacitor

I have a capacitor on a motherboard that is leaking and I am looking for some help on locating a replacement. Additionally, I was hoping to find one that had a higher heat rating. This capacitor was sitting under the graphics card and I don't think it handled the heat that well.

I know how to desolder/solder, I'm just bad at finding replacement parts =(.
