Problem with sound card

Hi all,

I need your help, my brother has a problem with his sound card. He have tried to install the sound blaster audigy se driver on his computer, but it will not install it as it will keep saying "setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system. Please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this setup program." I have tried to disable the onboard audio in the bios, but I still get the same result.

ASRock k7nf2-raid Motherboard

I have uninstall the driver and then reinstall it, but still get the same problem. :(

Does anyone know why he keep getting the same error over and over?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
