I'm trying to install a new axillary DVD (SATA) burner in an expansion slot on my HP Pavilion Desk top. My new burner came with a data cable only. The seller of the burner says that that is all that is needed. I installed it but MY Computer does not see it nor does the configuration manager. It seems to me I need to get power to it somehow but I'm at a loss as to how. Any help will be gratefully received.
