Good day all! I have brand new PNY 32gb USB drive. Was in the process of putting some family photos on it and it stopped in mid file copy. I had pictures successfully transferred onto the stick and was able to access them then kablooey:confused:
Here's what I've got: On plug in, I get a "removable media drive detected" message from my virus scanner, steady light in the USB stick is steady, I can locate the stick in Device Manager and drivers are supposedly working correctly and up to date. Did the following: Start>right click Computer>Manage>Disk Management. In Disk Management below my hard drive info it shows
Disk 1
Removable G:
No Media.
I know I had pictures on the stick and was able click on them and view them. Just wondering if there is a way to gain access the drive. Had only been in use less than an hour. Any info would be great. Thanks!:)
