Hello. My name is Marko Glogovac. I have an Asus K84LY X44L Laptop. I have used it in the past very well while listening to videos on the internet and just listening to my games. Except the minute I strated using headphones/headsets is when the problem started. I have a Turtlebeach Z11 headset currently and whenever I plug it into the audio jack (This headset has 2 cables, one for the headphones and one for the mic) it will say it has been plugged in but when I go to my recording devices it doesn't show my Turtlebeach. It just shows my Default Mic from the laptop. It also doesn't show up in the Playback devices as it only shows the Default playback device from the laptop. People were telling me I had drivers missing or I needed to update drivers. I just don't know which drivers to download. Also the headphones do playback even though they don't show in the playback devices in youtube videos but whenever I am in a skype call and I go to youtube, I can't hear it anymore. Also when I am in a game and then I tab out to see a youtube video, it stops playing sound. It is a very hard issue/problem to explain in just text. I just need help with these issues ASAP Since no one has been able to help me.
