OK this is my sisters old laptop. it had Vista,I deleted and installed XP sp3 black edition.
its a DELL INSPIRON 1545.
I cannot play some games,in Device manager im getting !! for video controller, and Video controller (VGA Compatible)
I have downloaded all kinds of drivers and stuff straight from dell and they will not install, everything goes fine then says system does not meet minimum system requirements and they fail.
i ran the directx diag,

I need directx draw and 3d and stuff for alot of my games
windows support wanted a hunderd bucks to help me but i have fixed this same problem once be4 on another laptop but cant remember how I did it...NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also the install wizardwill not update the drivers it just doesnt make ant sense
