Monitor Advice

Hi,

I need some proper advice on guidance about buying a monitor for my new PC. I'm thinking of this one:

I'm not a hard core gamer, so do I really need a 120hz one? (when the one above will be just as good)

24" appears a good optimum size for a monitor (from research)
HDMI (for my PS3)
Full HD 1080p (1920x1080)
2ms Response Time
