New Computer Build

Hey Guys, looking at building a new gaming computer to replace my current set-up.

I want to build a new computer completely so I can have this one for my family or friends when they come over.

16Gb DDR3 Kingston 1600Mhz

I was looking at setting up crossfire although this would be the first time I've tried a Crossfire/SLI set-up But I was looking at getting 2 Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X Overclocked 3GB (LINK)

I live in Australia so sadly I'm pretty limited to what I can get and its even worse in Western Australia.
I was also wondering what you guys would recommend for case cooling. I've never done and liquid cooling before and would prefer to just fill up all fan slots on the case if possible.
