Wanting to upgrade preocessor

I just bought an Asus 11.6 x200 CA HCK12050. It has just a an intel Celeron at 1.5 GHZ. I want to upgrade to an i3 or i5. For example will an intel core i5 450 M 2.4 ghz 3m Cache Mobile CPu SLBTZ work on the Asus or what should I get? Any help is appreciated!!!
