System Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU- AMD Phenom II X4 B35 Propus 45nm
RAM) 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 (9-9-9-24) Corsair Dominator
M.B.) ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A785TD-M EVO (AM3)
GPU) 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series (XFX Pine Group)
H.D.) 596GB Western Digital WDC WD6401AALS-00J7B0 ATA Device (SATA)

Everything crashes: Games,Browsers,Steam,BSOD, etc.
Have run every test i can find (Every) Now H.D.Tune shows CRC Error Count and refers to a cable as a possible problem. Tried 2 brand new cables and was not it. So was leaning towards bad controller on the board, till I also started having problems with my Logitech G400 mouse with random freezes (strange) so changed to standard Microsoft mouse stopped the freeze but at times I can still see lag when pressing the mouse button. Also seeing internet hiccups that I did not have before. Have Logitech G930 and in the past 2 days it has started to connect and disconnect plugs in through USB. Everything is not running fast as it was (slow load times) Have formatted like 20 times all kinds of ways with 5 or 6 different windows and have errors right off the bat without installing any board or GPU drivers. One I seem to have alot of problems is .Net Framework.
I have not tested the P.S. but it will run any video test on max as long as I want. Mem86 shows good many hours of testing. It all seems to be communication across the board and am thinking the Motherboard needs to be replaced.

Would like thoughts on this as I have been testing and trying to find what is wrong %100 for over 2 months.
Thx
