How to upgrade nettop memory

Hi,

I have this:

It has 2 GB in it. Anyone know how I should go about upgrading memory? Do I just get another memory stick and add it in there? It says it can support 8. So I can get another memory module that is 1-6 GB and just stick it in the slot? Which memory should I get?
