Graphics card upgrade

I currently have an XFX "XFX MI-A78S-8209" mobo running Windows 7 Ultimate with a Galaxy GT430 1gb pci 2.0 ... The question is can I upgrade my graphics card to an MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 2GB GDDR5 OC VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card ? Any help would be greatly appreciated... here are some of the other specs
