I'm not much of a computer person so please bare with me. I did a bit of searching already and found a few things but not really what I was looking for. I'm having trouble with my external hard drive it's a "passport" from western digital. I read a few post saying that other people were having problems with them as well. When I plug it into my computer it does no come up in "my computer" as my pass port, but local disk G comes up. I'm just trying to figure out what to do because I don't even know where to start. Thanks in advance.
