"BIOS Corruption Failure" on HP Envy Touchsmart 15

I had received my new replacement computer on Friday December 20, 2013 from HP, which is the HP Envy TouchSmart 15-J003CL Notebook PC.
Here are the following specifications:

Anytime I receive a new computer, which everyone knows usually has extra programs that no one cares about, I'll reimage it with a clean copy of Windows. After re-installing Windows 8, installed all drivers and installed BIOS update. Keep in mind, this is coming directly from HP. After running the update, the computer restarts, and computer powers on, but no display.

Symptoms: Computers powers on, no display, power button lights up, wireless button lights up, ac power port lights up, and caps lock flashes two times, every three seconds.

I did research on the error codes. According to HP, this error indicates that it's a "BIOS Corruption Failure". What a coincidence.

The computer is under warranty, BUT it's already been inconvenience for me as it is. I'm trying to avoid having to send the notebook back, and cause more inconvenience. Is there an alternative method?

***I'm an experienced IT Technician*** I just need some guidance on how to perform a BIOS Recovery. Thanks.
