Bought a Cooler Master HAF 912 case and a Thermaltake 750w modular psu yesterday.
Swapped everything into my new case and psu to get those happy xmas beep codes
1 long , 4 short
Monitor not showing anything
1. Plugged monitor to mobo bypassing graphics card.
Monitor works. ..1 long 4 short @ post screen
***Warning : your computer cpu fan fail or speed too low***
You can also disabled this warning in setup
Phoenix award BIOS v6.00PG
So I realized I had a case fan and psu fan plugs switched... switched them...startup again bypassing graphics card
No beeps, no problems
I think I may have my graphics card connected wrong or it went bad in the swap
The way I did it was plugged 2x PCI-E (6+2 pin) from psu into the gfx card....so there is 2 seperate pciE cords going from psu to the gfx card. is this right?
its a gtx 560 Ti by the way
I can post some pics later, im on my phone atm
