bubble in laptop screen when it shakes

I was riding in a car today and to my surprise a bubble in the lcd forms as the laptop slightly vibrsted from the movement of thr car, and the bubble keeps vibrating according to the vibration, but it goes away once I lift the laptop above my lap, its a new laptop so plz advisen


Edit: when i touch this part of the screen the bubble starts to show
