Can't hear microphone input

So whenever I use my microphone, I make the sound go through my speakers. Though it doesn't work anymore. The person on the other end can hear me, but I can't hear myself through the speakers.

Oh, and don't bother telling me to "update my drivers". I've figured out a ton of problems without updating them, so it's a really pointless suggestion.
